Terms of Service

Service Agreement

Billing and Payment

  • Payment is due prior to the month of service. Once you have chosen a service plan, the total for the month will be charged to your card on file, on the 2nd of every month.
  • Cash, and all major credit cards are accepted.

Yard Access

  • If there is a gate, it must be unlocked and accessible. If it is locked or blocked, we will notify you right away. If we are unable to reach you within 5 minutes of arrival, service will be rescheduled.
  • We are happy to work with the pets outside if they are friendly (all our employees love dogs, it’s a requirement).
  • Gates are properly secured, and a picture will be taken after each visit.
  • Sandia Pet Services LLC is not responsible for waste missed due to overgrown grass/weeds, excessive leaf accumulation, or any other obstruction caused by poor lawn maintenance.

Weather

  • In the event of unsafe or inclement weather (wind chill temps below 32 degrees, lightning, severe weather alerts), we will come to your residence when the weather clears or as soon as the schedule allows.
  • We do not offer refunds for missed weeks (because the waste will be accumulating, making for more work the next service) due to weather. In these cases, we will skip service for that week, and continue with service the following week.

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Once you have chosen a service plan, we will inform you of your service day, based on when your area is serviced. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • You will be sent a courtesy text with a timeframe of arrival the day before service.
  • If you need to cancel for a week or more, and the yard will still be in use, then no refund will be given. However, if the yard will not be used then a credit, or refund with be given.

Additional Information

  • If we notice any unhealthy changes in your pet’s waste (worms, blood, diarrhea), we will notify you right away of the concern.
  • Waste will be taken off property and disposed of properly.
  • We do our best to meet all your needs. If you need an extra service done, or anything that we can help with, do not hesitate to ask!

 

Free Benefit We Are Adding

            Beginning July 1, 2021. Sandia Pet Waste Removal will be provided 4 free yard deodorizings per year, or 1 every 3 months.

 

I have read and I fully understand all terms stated above. I agree to allow Sandia Pet Waste Removal LLC to remove pet waste from my yard.
